These terms apply to tritanglasses.co.nz, operated by The Tritan Glassware Company New Zealand. They should be read with the Shipping, Refunds and Returns, Privacy Policy and Limited Liability Indemnity pages.

Product information and prices

We aim to describe products accurately. The current item price is displayed in New Zealand dollars. This store does not add GST at checkout, so the price shown plus any delivery charge is the amount you pay. Delivery and the full order total are shown before payment. If a material error is discovered, we will contact you before fulfilment.

Orders and payment

Submitting payment is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it can be fulfilled. Card and PayPal payments are handled by the payment provider. We do not ask customers to email full card details.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Our cancellation, return and faulty-goods terms are set out on the Refunds and Returns page. New Zealand law gives no general right to cancel an online order because you have changed your mind, so what applies to a change of mind is this store's own 15-day returns policy, published on that page. That policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which apply whenever goods are not of acceptable quality, are not fit for a purpose you told us about, or do not match their description.

Nothing on this page limits or excludes a right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives you guarantees about acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and matching the description, and a supplier cannot contract out of them for goods supplied to a consumer. The Fair Trading Act 1986 applies to how goods are described and promoted.
