What the range is
The range is seven glasses: red wine, white wine and stemless wine glasses, champagne flutes, martini glasses, whiskey glasses and short tumblers. They are sold per glass, so you order the number you actually need rather than a fixed set.
Tritan is a copolyester. It is BPA free, it keeps the clarity and much of the weight of glass, and it resists the impacts that break glass, which is why it ends up around pools, on boats, in gardens, at weddings and in venues where broken glass is a real problem. It is shatter-resistant rather than indestructible, and the product pages say so in those words.

Every purchasable product page shows one current pound price, the delivery terms, and a way to ask us to check a detail we have not published. We do not fill a missing specification with an estimate, and we do not display a rating we cannot evidence.

Delivery, cancellation and returns in short
Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more and a flat $25 below that, with an express upgrade at $25. Orders are prepared in 24 to 48 hours and usually arrive 5 to 7 days later.
An order can be cancelled at any time before it ships, so contact us with the order number as soon as you can, and a 12.5% service and processing fee applies to a cancellation. You also have 15 days from delivery to change your mind for any reason under this store's own returns policy, against a non-refundable $39 per order for packing and handling and return shipping you arrange. Your rights if something is faulty or not as described are separate again and are set out in full on the refunds and returns page.
We are an online supplier
There is no shop or showroom to visit. Selling online only is how the price stays where it is, and it is why the product pages carry as much detail as they do.

What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. This store does not add GST at checkout, so the price you see plus any delivery charge is what you pay.
What are your delivery options and how long will it take?
Delivery across New Zealand is free on orders of $75 or more and a flat $25 below that. An express upgrade is offered at the same $25 if you want the order prioritised, including on orders that already qualify for free delivery. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and then take about 5 to 7 days in transit.
Do I get a receipt for my order?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you once payment is taken, and a second email follows with a tracking number when the order ships.
Do you have a shop location?
No. We are an online supplier with no shop or showroom, which is how the prices stay where they are.
Do your products come with warranty?
Yes. Everything sold here carries the guarantees in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: the goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for any purpose you told us about, and match their description. If they are not, email us with the order number and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at our cost.
Can I return my item?
Yes, within 15 days of purchase. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or does not match its description, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies and we cover the return at our cost. If you simply change your mind, this store still accepts an unused return in its original packaging within 15 days; you arrange the tracked return shipping and the original delivery and handling charge is not refunded.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Your order is marked complete once it ships and you are sent a confirmation email with a tracking number.
I haven't received my order yet! Is it lost?
Email us with the order number and we will chase it. Most emails are answered within one business day.
