Shipping and delivery

We deliver across New Zealand. Standard tracked delivery is free when the order value is $75 or more. A flat $25 charge applies below that amount.

Express delivery

The basket offers an express upgrade at $25. Express is a paid upgrade, so it is charged on every order that selects it, including orders above the free-delivery threshold. Choose it under Delivery options on the cart page before paying.

Handling and transit

Orders are picked and packed within 24 to 48 hours of the payment clearing. Transit then typically takes 5 to 7 days to a New Zealand address, including Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, Hamilton, Tauranga, Napier-Hastings, Dunedin, Palmerston North, Nelson and Rotorua.

Tracking

You receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order ships. The Track Your Parcel page explains how to use it. If a parcel has not arrived in the expected window, email theteam@tritanglasses.co.nz with the order number.

Prices and GST

Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars. This store does not add GST at checkout, so the item price plus any delivery charge is the amount you pay.
