This policy explains how The Tritan Glassware Company New Zealand handles personal information when you browse, place an order or contact us. We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and its information privacy principles.

Information we use

We use contact, delivery, order and support information needed to process purchases, deliver goods, prevent abuse, maintain records and respond to requests. Payment providers process payment credentials; the store does not receive or store full card numbers.

Why we use it

Information is collected for the purposes above: to perform the sales contract, meet legal obligations, protect the service and run the business. Consent is requested where the law requires it, including for optional analytics cookies.

Who receives it

Relevant information may be provided to payment, delivery, hosting, email, fraud-prevention, professional-adviser and regulatory services where needed for the stated purpose. Some of these providers are outside New Zealand, and information is disclosed to them only where the Privacy Act 2020 permits it. We do not sell customer personal information.

Retention and security

Records are kept only as long as required for orders, support, tax, legal and security purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your rights
