Limited liability indemnity

Nothing on this page limits or excludes a right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you buy as a consumer, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 gives you guarantees about acceptable quality, fitness for purpose and matching the description, and a supplier cannot contract out of them for goods supplied to a consumer. The Fair Trading Act 1986 applies to how goods are described and promoted.
Product use
Use the glassware for drinking and serving, follow the care information on the product page, and keep it away from naked flame and direct heat. Product and guide content on this site is general information about drinkware, not catering, food-safety or professional advice.
Website availability and third parties
We do not promise uninterrupted website availability. Third-party payment, delivery and linked services remain responsible for their own systems and terms, subject to our obligations to you as the seller.
Indemnity
Nothing on this page requires a consumer to indemnify us for our own breach or negligence, or for a matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
